Our History
Redneck Choppers opened its doors in 2003 (a small tribute to Harley Davidson's first 100 years).
Greg Darragh (the Grand Pubah) has been riding motorcycles for 24 years of his 41 years. Moving out West in 1990, Greg became a certified H.D. Mechanic in Fairview, Alberta. After graduating, he joined the team at Hi-per Cycles in Edmonton, Alberta, where he enjoyed being an H.D. Mechanic and drag bike specialist. After 5 years of service, Greg returned home to Québec and from 1995 to 1997 ran G.A. Cycle, a small customer-friendly H.D. repair shop. With the dream of one day opening a custom motorcyle shop, Greg relunctantly closed G.A. to once again improve and perfect all the skills needed to realize his dream.
The next six years were spent in a large Montreal Diesel repair facility as Head Machinist.
And so in 2003, REDNECK CHOPPERS was born.
